The Tuality Healthcare Foundation is proud to award scholarships to high school graduates pursuing health-related careers.
Rohi Gheewala, a Liberty High School graduate, received the Dr. Marvin J. Robb Memorial Scholarship. Rohi is the daughter of Mitesh and Dimple Gheewala of Hillsboro. She will attend Portland State University and major in pre-medicine. Her volunteer activities include working with the Hillsboro Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council, Meals on Wheels, Tuality Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente Westside Medical Center and the Anjali School of Dance.
Her volunteer work with Tuality and Kaiser has provided her with over 200 hours of first-hand experience as she works toward her goal of becoming a surgeon. Rohi was recently recognized by Pacific University as a promising young woman in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
But science and medicine aren’t everything to Rohi. She is also a certified Bharatnatyam dancer who shares her knowledge with younger students.
